Returns & Refunds
Provided that you return any product as new, in its original packaging unopened and untampered with, we will be happy to refund the item (less postage costs) within 14 days of you receiving it. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, garments, once open, used or tried on cannot be returned. This is the only way that we can ensure that you will always receive a brand new garment. When returning any product please ensure that you send it by recorded delivery, this is required by us in the event of non receipt of your returned items. All returns that fail to meet the above criteria will be returned to sender.
Rest assured, that we will endeavour to resolve any problem in a fair and even handed manner. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will try our very best to help.
