We stock all items displayed for sale on our web site and our automated stock control system ensures that you can only buy items that we have in stock. Your order will dispatched on the same or next working day (working days are monday to friday).

Discounts

Spend over £50 and receive a 5% discount on the total order value.

Spend over £100 and receive a 10% discount on the total order value.

Delivery charges are not included in the total order value. This discount applies to all our customers worldwide.

Returns & Refunds

Provided that you return any product unopened in its original packaging we will be happy to refund the item within 14 days of you receiving it (less postage costs). For health, safety and hygiene reasons, garments, once opened, used or tried on cannot be returned. We have to be strict on this matter as it is the only way that we can ensure that you will always be sent brand new garments. When returning any product please ensure that you send it by recorded post and enclose a copy of the sales invoice. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to sender.

Tax, Vat & Import Duties

For orders shipped to member states of the European Union there is no tax, vat or import duties to be payed on your order. However, for orders shipped to nations outside the European Union, tax, vat or import duties may be payable.
